Sample Policies for agencies
The No Wrong Door Project has conducted regional consultations with consumer and carer groups and organisations. As a consequence of this, the first draft of the Hume Region No Wrong Door 2 protocol document has been completed and disseminated to the region for perusal and comment.
In addition to the protocol document, 12 sample policies have been developed for agencies to download and utilise for their own use to incoporate Dual Diagnosis principles and No Wrong Door philosophy into their services.

Secondary Consultation Guideline
This seondary consultation guideline was developed by the No Wrong Door working party in 2006 from legal advice received from Northeast Health Wangaratta legal representatives.
It is recommended that each agency submit this guideine to their respective Boards and legal advisors for consideration and inclusion into local policy & procedures.
The Secondary Consultation Guideline has an accompanying record sheet. It is recommended that when either receiving or giving secondary consultation to another person / agency - this record sheet should be completed and stored securely.
