This induction training has been designed to assist staff in preparing for working in the health and welfare service system of the Hume region. It sits complimentarily with the No Wrong Door protocol 2.
You will require a login to begin the process.
The induction training takes approximately 30-40 minutes, has 10 key areas, each with 3 questions that require an correct answer. Upon completion, the user will receive a notification via email stating that they have either successfully completed the induction process or are requried to redo the training.
Please note: The training can only be done in one sitting. If you log off before completion, your training will not be saved.
The induction training aligns with an agreed set of protocols set in the No Wrong Door 2 protocol document, in which signatory agencies work together in relation to provision of an integrated service approach for people with dual diagnosis. Upon successful completion of the training, it will provide the user with an overview of the following areas:
• Providing a No Wrong Door service system
• Entry & Referral
• Intake and Initial Needs Identification
• Assessment & Screening
• Care Coordination
• Crisis Management
• Communication & Consent
• Discharge (preparation, transition and actual)
• Secondary consultation
